The Town of Windsor has a public information Permit Center. Building Division staff is available to assist the public during office hours.

Field inspections are available Monday though Thursday, there are no inspections Friday.

The National Flood Insurance Protection Program (NFIP) is managed by Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Federal Insurance Administration (FIA) and Mitigation Directorate.
