Set Up / Clean Up
This facility has two adjoining rooms, a stage, patio, foyer, and large commercial kitchen. The capacity for dining is 185 participants. For assembly-type meetings, business expositions or performances, the capacity is approximately 300-380 participants.

A security deposit is required for all rental events. The deposit is refundable if the facility is returned to its original condition. All fees must be received at least two weeks prior to the event. Reservations are taken up to one year in advance. The deposit and non-refundable application fee is due when application is submitted.

Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. A facility attendant assists by setting up tables and chairs, and with other tasks. The renter is responsible for restoring the facility and kitchen to its original condition. The facility attendant is responsible for putting away all tables and chairs.
Security guards will be required if alcoholic beverages are being served during rental events. Security guards may also be required at large events and/or youth-oriented events where no alcoholic beverages are being served.
Liability Insurance is required for all rental use of Town facilities. Insurance is available for purchase from the Town of Windsor.
